We require an experienced Civil Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor with 48 years of experience to manage quantity surveying, cost control, billing, and coordination for all types of building projects and other civil works. The role involves close coordination with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure accurate quantities, drawings, and execution.

Role & responsibilities

- Quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, verification, and reconciliation
- BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) preparation and checking
- Rate analysis for regular and extra items, variations, and claims
- Preparation and justification of BOQs and extra items to clients
- Client coordination for billing, approvals, and technical clarifications
- Coordination with MEP consultants and contractors
- Checking Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings at site
- On-site inspection and verification of executed works




- Certification of subcontractor bills and final accounts

Preferred candidate profile

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in buildings and other civil works
- Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying, BBS, Rate Analysis, and MEP coordination
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Good communication and coordination skills
