About the Role

Gong Restaurant is looking for energetic, service-oriented, and well-groomed Stewards who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service in a premium dining setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages professionally, following the restaurant's service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to requests promptly and courteously.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently during and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
- Upsell menu items, beverages, and promotional offers to enhance the guest experience.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards at all times.




- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Hotel Management qualification preferred.
- 03 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, or fine dining establishments.
- Freshers with Hotel Management qualifications are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality with excellent grooming standards.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable shifts.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
