Job Title: Content & Social Media Strategist

Department: Brand & Marketing

Reports To: Marketing Head / Director

Works With: Performance Marketing, Social Media, Design, Video, Influencer & Agency Teams

Role Overview

The Creative Head will be responsible for shaping and executing the brands visual and content strategy across all digital platforms. This role combines creative direction, trend-driven content planning, and hands-on execution, ensuring that all brand communications are consistent, premium, and performance-oriented.

The candidate will lead social media and content strategy aligned with brand launches, campaigns, and ongoing marketing initiatives, while working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Strategy & Planning

- Develop and strategise social media content calendars based on current trends, brand campaigns, and product launches.
- Translate brand objectives into strong creative concepts across formats (static, video, short-form, long-form).
- Plan content for multiple platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.

2. Content Creation & Direction

- Conceptualise, create, and review content to ensure it aligns with brand tone and visual identity.
- Style and visually design content for brand use cases, including shoots, videos, and social posts.
- Plan and oversee video content, reels, and short-form storytelling.
- Create quick-turn content using a mobile phone when required (behind-the-scenes, UGC-style, trend-led content).

3. Team & Agency Coordination

- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers,



and external agencies to ensure consistent brand execution.
- Set clear creative briefs, timelines, and visual expectations for all collaborators.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality control of all creative outputs.

4. Performance Marketing Collaboration

- Work closely with the performance marketing team to ensure creatives are designed with performance objectives in mind.
- Provide transparent visual direction on how content will be adapted for ads, funnels, and different placements.
- Review ad creatives and suggest improvements based on performance feedback and trends.

5. Influencer & UGC Management

- Plan, organise, and curate influencer and UGC content aligned with brand positioning.
- Guide influencers and creators on visual style, storytelling, and content expectations.
- Ensure UGC and influencer content is reusable across organic and paid channels.

Skills & Experience Required

Technical & Creative Skills

- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and evolving content trends.
- Ability to conceptualise and style visually clean, modern, and brand-aligned content.
- Comfortable shooting and editing content using a mobile phone for quick execution.

Professional Experience

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in creative, content, or brand roles.
- Experience working with performance marketing teams and understanding ad creative requirements.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
