Role & responsibilities

We are looking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager for a commercial mall project with strong hands-on experience in both technical operations and soft skills execution, including maintenance, coordination, and team management.

The role involves overseeing the day-to-day facility operations of the mall, ensuring all building systems, services, and maintenance activities are managed efficiently, safely, and in line with operational standards.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in commercial property management and the ability to handle both technical and customer-focused responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall facility operations of the commercial mall, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, lifts, escalators, and other critical services.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, service providers, and internal teams for maintenance and operational activities.
- Monitor site execution, maintenance schedules,



and service quality to ensure compliance with standards and timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of the mall premises to identify technical issues, safety concerns, and maintenance requirements.
- Ensure proper functioning of all utilities, common areas, and support services within the mall.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, service reports, inspections, and operational logs.
- Handle tenant coordination, customer service issues, and operational concerns with professionalism and effective communication.
- Support emergency response procedures, safety compliance, and incident management.
- Prepare reports, track maintenance performance, and assist in budgeting and resource planning for facility operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust knowledge of facility management operations in commercial malls or large commercial buildings.
- Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, lifts, escalators, and other building infrastructure.
