Role Summary:

The Agentic AI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI-driven solutions using Agentic AI frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs), and automation technologies. The role involves building scalable AI applications, integrating enterprise systems, developing automation workflows, and collaborating with business stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives through AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Agentic AI workflows for business use cases and enterprise automation initiatives
- Build intelligent automation solutions using AI/ML technologies, scripting, and orchestration frameworks
- Develop user interfaces and interactive applications for AI-driven solutions
- Integrate AI models, LLMs, APIs, and external services into enterprise applications
- Develop and maintain scalable backend systems supporting AI-powered applications
- Build and optimize process automation frameworks using Python, APIs, and orchestration tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and AI adoption strategies
- Ensure performance, reliability, scalability, and security of AI solutions
- Continuously evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5 10 years of experience in software development, automation, AI/ML, or related technology domains
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, NLP, embeddings, RAG, vector search, and prompt engineering
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, or similar technologies
- Proficiency in Python programming and backend application development
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, JSON,



microservices, and web services
- Understanding of process automation frameworks and intelligent workflow orchestration
- Experience with data handling, AI model integration, prompt engineering, and model optimization techniques
- Knowledge of Git, version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices
- Experience with Power Platform, ServiceNow, RPA tools, or similar automation platforms
- Familiarity with vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems, and semantic search technologies
- Experience in frontend development using Streamlit, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar technologies
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

- AI/ML Technologies: LLMs, NLP, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, AI model tuning

Education:

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
