About the Role

Space Life Science is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planning & Operations Executive to coordinate day-to-day manufacturing operations with third-party manufacturers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry and be comfortable handling production planning, costing, inventory coordination, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor production plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with third-party manufacturing units for timely production.
- Follow up on raw material procurement and packaging material availability.
- Prepare and maintain product costing sheets.
- Coordinate purchase orders, work orders, and production documentation.
- Track inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure timely production execution and dispatch planning.
- Maintain production reports and MIS using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, regulatory, and logistics teams.
- Support management with production planning, forecasting, and operational reporting.

Candidate Profile





- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical operations.
- Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and costing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Experience with ERP software is an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
