Handling insurance and TPA portals (IHX, Care Health, Niva Bupa, Star Health, HDFC ERGO, Aditya Birla Health, ICICI Lombard, Medi Assist, Vidal Health, Paramount, FHPL, etc.
Coordination with insurance companies, TPAs, doctors, billing, and patients.
Required Candidate profile
Positive knowledge of cashless & reimbursement claim processing. Experience in claim settlement and query resolution.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and emails uses.
