Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and fundraising activities to optimize liquidity and minimize risk.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders to secure financing options.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS regulations and internal controls.
Job Requirements :
- 14-20 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) principles.
- Proven track record in fund raising through various channels such as debt markets or equity offerings.
