Role & responsibilities
- Achieve regional Primary & Secondary Sales Target.
- Appoint, develop and manage distributors.
- Team Handling.
- Expand Market coverage and increase retail penetration.
- Improve product availability & visibility at retail outlets.
- Monitor Sales performance, market share, and competitor activities
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and demand plans.
- Execute trade schemes, promotional activities, & Product Launches.
- Coordinate with marketing, Supply chain, finance and production teams.
