Role & responsibilities

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Lead, motivate, train and supervise the store staff.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries, escalations and maintain excellent customer PR.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain store visual merchandising as per brand standards.
- Monitor stock availability, replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with the head office for operations, promotions and inventory planning.
- Maintain store discipline, cleanliness and operational efficiency.
- Generate daily sales and operational reports.
- Ensure smooth billing and POS operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in fashion, footwear,



apparel or lifestyle retail.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
- Experience in retail merchandising and store presentation.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, POS systems, billing software).
- Ability to quickly learn and operate retail software such as WizApp POS and FYND OMS.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Punctual, disciplined and responsible.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in footwear or fashion retail will be preferred.
- Experience managing a team of 515 employees.
- Knowledge of inventory control and retail KPIs.
