Job Title: Marketing Analytics & Business Intelligence Lead

We are hiring an experienced Marketing Analytics & BI professional to lead our global marketing reporting and BI modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage a scalable marketing reporting framework.
- Define, govern, and monitor marketing & email campaign KPIs.
- Improve data quality through governance, validation, and reporting best practices.
- Develop executive dashboards and enable self-service analytics.
- Lead BI platform migration (e.g., Domo/Tableau to Power BI) with minimal business disruption.
- Design and maintain data models, ETL processes, and reporting assets.
- Drive user adoption, documentation, training, and change management.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Marketing Operations, IT, and Data Engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Marketing Operations.
- 3+ years supporting B2B marketing reporting and campaign analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Eloqua (mandatory).
- Solid expertise in email marketing analytics, attribution, campaign tracking, and deliverability.




- Advanced SQL and Python skills.
- Expert knowledge of Snowflake.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and Domo (minimum two BI platforms).
- Proven experience leading BI migration and reporting modernization projects.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata management, and KPI frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

- Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- dbt, Alteryx, or modern data stack experience.
- ABM analytics, customer journey analytics, and Agile methodology exposure.
- Experience working in a global B2B technology organization.
