Responsibilities
Design and develop creative architectural and interior solutions for residential and commercial projects

- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and project documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and project goals

- Select materials, finishes, and furnishings to align with design aesthetics and functionality

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely and accurate execution

- Conduct site visits to oversee design implementation and resolve project challenges

- Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and innovative materials

- Requirements
Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)

- Solid knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and design principles

- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment
