Required Skill Set & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics within an agency, startup, or digital brand setup.
- Software Proficiency:
- Adobe Creative Cloud: Expert skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- AI Video Tools: Practical experience using platforms like Higgsfield, HeyGen, or similar AI-driven animation/avatar/video suites.

- Core Competencies:

- Deep understanding of social media video performance metrics (hook rate, retention, pacing).
- Solid audio editing, noise reduction, beat-matching, and color grading capabilities.
- Ability to handle fast turnaround times for social content while maintaining high visual quality.

- Portfolio / Showreel: A robust portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, dynamic video editing, and social campaign work is mandatory.

- Design, animate, and edit dynamic video content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Integrate eye-catching lower thirds, visual transitions, kinetic typography, and 2D/3D motion elements aligned with brand standards.

High-Converting Campaign & Social Content

- Produce high-performing Reels, TikToks, promotional ad videos, product showcases, and high-impact brand campaigns.
- Stay ahead of viral platform trends, native social formats, visual aesthetics, and sound design techniques to maximize engagement.

3. Complete Post-Production Execution

- Manage end-to-end video post-production, including footage assembly, pacing, multi-track audio sync, sound design, color grading, and platform-specific exports.
- Maintain organized footage archives and reusable template libraries.

4. Cross-Functional & Brand Collaboration

- Partner closely with internal marketing, design, and content teams, as well as newly launched brands, to translate visual briefs into polished final assets.
- Help shape the visual identity and storytelling format for new brand launches.

5. Next-Gen AI Tool Integration

- Leverage modern AI video generation and editing platforms (Higgsfield AI, HeyGen, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.) to streamline video generation, avatar creation, localized dubbing, and visual effects.
