Job Summary

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives for our Inbound Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing excellent service, resolving concerns, and identifying upselling opportunities. Candidates should possess solid communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Experience & Compensation

For candidates with 12+ months of experience:

- Salary up to 28,000 CTC
- Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): 2,800
- Attractive monthly incentives

For candidates with 18+ months of experience:

- Salary up to 32,000 CTC
- Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): 4,000
- Attractive monthly incentives
