We are looking for a skilled SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) with strong experience in Web and API automation testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Java or Python-based automation frameworks, along with a solid understanding of banking domain workflows and systems.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Java or Python
- Expertise in automation testing frameworks:
- Java: Selenium, TestNG, Rest Assured
- Python: PyTest, Requests, Playwright

- Experience in Web automation testing (UI validation, cross-browser testing)
- Strong experience in API testing and automation
- Positive understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns (POM, BDD, etc.)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, GitHub, GitLab, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of SQL for backend/data validation




- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Domain Requirement (Mandatory)

- Prior experience in Banking / Financial Services domain
- Understanding of banking workflows such as:
- Payments / Transactions
- Account management
- Lending / Loans
- KYC / Compliance processes

Good to Have

- Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber/Behave)
- Exposure to performance testing (JMeter)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
- Familiarity with test reporting tools (Allure, Extent Reports)
