Job Title: Quality Assurance ( Furniture Industry )

Location: Delhi Chhatarpur

Experience Required: 4 - 10 Years

Salary Budget: 30 ,000- 50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Executive to ensure that all furniture products meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate should have experience in furniture manufacturing, quality inspection, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality inspections at incoming, in-process, and final production stages.
- Ensure furniture products meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Inspect raw materials, wooden components, hardware, upholstery, and finished products.
- Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality control procedures, and manufacturing standards.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and dispatch teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor workmanship, dimensions, finishing,



polishing, assembly, and packaging quality.
- Conduct vendor quality audits and incoming material inspections.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve product quality.
- Train production staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Participate in internal audits and customer quality inspections.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of wood, plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, hardware, and upholstery materials.
- Knowledge of quality inspection tools and measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Qualification

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in Quality Management (preferred).

Preferred Experience

- 410 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the furniture or woodworking industry.
- Experience with modular furniture, office furniture, home furniture, or custom furniture manufacturing is preferred.
