Education Criteria

- BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related engineering discipline.
- MCA (Master of Computer Applications).
- Equivalent technical degree from a recognized university.
- Relevant certifications are preferred, such as:
- VMware (VCP)
- Red Hat (RHCSA/RHCE)
- ITIL Foundation
- PMP
- Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Storage Certifications (Dell EMC, HPE, IBM, Pure Storage)
- Security Certifications (optional)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Technical Lead with 10+ years of expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, virtualization, storage, networking, and data center operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical leadership experience in designing, implementing, and managing highly available IT infrastructure across Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments. Candidates with experience in BFSI, Government, or Large Enterprise Infrastructure Projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support enterprise IT infrastructure across DC & DR environments.
- Plan and deploy virtualization, compute, storage, networking, and security infrastructure.
- Prepare and review HLD, LLD, SOPs, infrastructure documentation, and technical proposals.
- Install, configure, and administer VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Linux platforms.
- Manage enterprise storage including SAN, NAS, Block Storage, Object Storage (S3), Ceph, and storage replication.
- Configure and support backup solutions such as Commvault and Veeam.
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes platforms including Red Hat OpenShift and Rancher.
- Administer middleware technologies including Apache, Tomcat, and JBoss.
- Design physical data center infrastructure,



including rack planning, power, cooling, and structured cabling.
- Design and implement enterprise networking, firewall, load balancer, IDS/IPS, DDoS protection, and security zoning.
- Lead infrastructure implementation projects and coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISMS, BCMS, and enterprise governance standards.
- Handle incident, problem, change, asset, capacity, and risk management through ITSM processes.
