- Visit jewellery stores, retailers, and business owners across Delhi NCR or Bihar to promote CANDELA DIAMOND JEWELLERY franchise opportunities.
- Generate recent business leads and convert prospects into franchise partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective field sales activities.
- Conduct daily market visits and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Explain the company's products, franchise model, and business opportunities professionally.
- Follow up with potential clients and close sales.
- Prepare daily activity reports and update the reporting manager.
- Maintain professional behaviour and represent the company positively at all times.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2 - 3 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Field Sales, or Franchise Sales.
- Industry experience in Jewellery, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Banking, Insurance, Telecom,
or similar sectors will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with 100% field work and extensive travel across Bihar.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Must possess a positive attitude and willingness to achieve business targets.
