FRE – Connectivity and Manage Services

Job responsibility involves spearheading and driving various initative for turnaround performance for various customer related parameters. Role involves Stake holder management , Team management , Capablity building , Analytical skills. Job role

Skill Required

- Should have strong understanding wrt various process for customer management. Like Installation , Fault repair & Recovery for customer on offnet and onnet.
- Having excellent operation knowledge of MPLS/SDH/GPON & Fiber Technology.
- Should take lead in rolling out initative for proactive actions for fault reduction activities.
- Have been well versed with various processes & tools used in wireline operation activity
- Strong analytical Skills for trend and insight for continuous improvement
- Should be able to able to drive and monitor complete CPE Recovery process.
- Should be able to able to drive and monitor complete Fault management process.



This will involve various SIP implementation.
- Should be able to standardize the best practices across all zones for network and customer uptime improvement.
- Should be well versed with latest technology like SD-Wan , Wi-Fi , GPON etc.
- Should be highly solution oriented for providing permanent resolution to customer or network issue.
- Should be able to drive and maintain updates on the various development for network improvement projects.
- Should lead the actions for continuous improvment with other stake holder.
- Understanding and improving manpower productivity norms for ground staff
- Should have positive communication skills and good stakeholder management.
