Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our professional services team. The selected candidate will work closely with our clients on Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Process Review, and other assurance engagements.

The role involves working as an extended member of the client's internal audit team, interacting with employees across various functions, and coordinating with external consultants and senior management. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a professional approach while representing our firm at client locations.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Executing internal audit assignments across finance, operations, procurement, HR, inventory, sales, and other business functions.
- Understanding business processes through walkthroughs and documenting process narratives.
- Evaluating internal controls and identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Performing audit testing and documenting findings with appropriate evidence.
- Preparing audit working papers and drafting clear, concise audit observations.
- Conducting data analysis and identifying operational, financial, and compliance risks.
- Coordinating with client personnel across various departments for obtaining information and resolving audit queries.
- Liaising with external consultants and other stakeholders wherever required during assignments.




- Participating in discussions with client management regarding audit observations and recommendations.
- Supporting the engagement manager in planning, execution, and timely completion of assignments.

Maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of professional ethics.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 3-7 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong understanding of accounting, auditing, and internal controls
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required
