Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python AI Engineer with 68 years of experience in developing AI-powered applications, machine learning solutions, and intelligent automation platforms. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in Python development, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agent frameworks, machine learning, and cloud-native AI deployments.

The role involves designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing AI solutions while collaborating with data scientists, product teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI-driven products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI/ML applications using Python.
- Build and deploy Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.
- Develop AI agents, copilots, and intelligent automation workflows.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and foundation models.
- Develop scalable backend services supporting AI workloads.
- Work with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Collaborate with MLOps and DevOps teams for deployment automation.
- Monitor AI model performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Ensure security, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Required Qualifications

- 6-12 years of experience designing, building, and operating production software systems
- Strong backend engineering experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered systems in production - such as RAG pipelines, AI SDKs, evaluation workflows,



guardrails, or agentic workflows
- Experience with relational/NoSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling
- Experience with cloud-native technologies such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, observability, and operating services in production
- Ability to break down complex technical problems and deliver pragmatic, maintainable solutions
- Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to drive projects independently while collaborating effectively
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to engineering and cross-functional partners
- Hands-on experience with AI-native development tools (e.g., Cursor, Augment);demonstrated ability to embed AI-driven practices to accelerate velocity and code quality
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code and outputs, including identifying failure modes, regressions, and edge cases

Preferred Skills

- Experience with multi-agent AI systems.
- Exposure to AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or Google Vertex AI.
- Experience with MLOps and AI model lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and model monitoring.
- Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with knowledge graphs and enterprise search platforms.
- Relevant AI, Cloud, or Machine Learning certifications.
