Role & responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
- Prepare and manage HR documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other employee-related documentation.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination activities.
- Support employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with various departments for day-to-day HR operations.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of confidential employee information.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain trackers as required by management.
- Assist in implementing company policies and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department.
- Support recruitment activities,
such as scheduling interviews, as and when required.
Preferred candidate profile
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally.
- Eagerness to learn HR operations and corporate processes.
