GetWork is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Recruitment to lead hiring operations, mentor recruiters, and drive team performance.
Location: Gurugram
Salary: Up to 10 LPA
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business verticals.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports using Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Pivot Tables.
- Track recruitment performance and improve hiring efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality hiring and timely closures.
Who Should Apply?
- 4–7 years of experience in Staffing & Recruitment.
- Experience in team handling and recruitment operations.
- Robust knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power BI, and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
