We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Report QC Executive to join our team at Pietos. In this role, you will be the final line of defense in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of our background verification reports. The ideal candidate possesses a sharp eye for detail, a solid understanding of BGV processes, and excellent written communication skills.

Role & responsibilities

- Report Auditing: Review and audit final background verification (BGV) reports for factual accuracy, formatting, grammar, and compliance with client guidelines.
- Discrepancy Identification: Identify and highlight discrepancies, gaps, or inconsistencies in verification data provided by the operations team.
- Turnaround Time (TAT) Management: Ensure QC checks are completed within strict deadlines to maintain company SLAs.
- Feedback Loop:



Collaborate with verification executives to rectify errors and provide constructive feedback to improve data collection quality.
- Risk Mitigation: Ensure all sensitive data handling aligns with strict compliance and data privacy regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) or auditing roles within a Background Verification (BGV) company.
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional proofreading, editing, and analytical skills.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in using BGV/HRMS portals, MS Office (Excel, Word), and internet research tools.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
