- Coordination for OPD patients.
- Ensure minimum waiting for billing, consultation or investigations.
- Smooth coordination and management of VIP patients.
- Smooth coordination and management of health check packages.
- Collate, prepare and present Department data on a monthly basis to the HOD (Revenue, HCF contribution, Mapping of patients, conversions, follow-ups, departmental performance, etc).
- Making Dashboard (Revenue Report) for both OPD IPD patients.
- Ensure that the payment is issued only after closing of bill and all payment clearance
- Sending medical update to business partners through email.
- Smooth and hassle free admission of patients.
- Ensure smooth arrival of patients.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein as may be assigned or delegated.
- To diligently carryout any other responsibility,
