- Hands-on API testing experience with solid understanding of REST, HTTP methods, status codes, headers, and authentication (OAuth2/JWT).
- Robust Manual and Functional testing experience to cover both positive and negative test cases for a given functionality.
- Strong experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, including writing Gherkin scenarios and implementing step definitions.
- Automation development experience using TypeScript (or JavaScript with strong TypeScript exposure).
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation and end-to-end validations.
- Experience with API test tooling/frameworks (examples: Playwright API testing, Cucumber, Selenium, Typescript, Postman/Newman as part of automation).
- Familiarity with test runners and assertions (e.g., Jest, Mocha/Chai) and generating test reports.
- Working knowledge of Git, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and defect tracking (Jira).
- Ability to debug issues using logs and basic understanding of application architecture.
