Job Summary

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals across multiple ServiceNow modules to join our growing Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidates will have strong implementation, configuration, customization, and integration experience on the ServiceNow platform, along with the ability to deliver scalable enterprise solutions aligned with business requirements.

- ServiceNow Custom Application Development
- ServiceNow UI Builder
- ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC/IRM)
- ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR)
- ServiceNow Agentic AI
- ServiceNow Field Service Operations (FSO)
- ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM)
- ServiceNow Sales & Order Management (SOM)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Customize and extend the ServiceNow platform using best practices.
- Build workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer, and integrations.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable technical solutions.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure platform performance, security, and governance standards are followed.
- Participate in upgrade planning, deployment, and post-production support.
- Work in Agile project environments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Experience in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and automation.
- Hands-on experience in one or more ServiceNow modules listed above.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Experience in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and automation.
- Experience with integrations involving third-party applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience working with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
