Profile: Titan - Customer Support Executive (Semi-Voice)
Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 CTC
Eligibility:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in any of the following:
- Inbound Customer Support
- Email Support
- Chat Support
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Qualification: PUC (12th Pass) or above
- Languages: Fluent English and Hindi
- Versant Level 4 proficiency required.
Work Schedule:
- Rotational shifts
- Female employees: Between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM (9-hour shift)
- Male employees: Between 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM (9-hour shift)
- Week Off: 1 rotational day off per week.
