The role is responsible for Costing, Budgeting, and Business Controlling functions to drive operational efficiency for the manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Costing

- Product wise costing for all the items.

- Variance analysis

- Coordinate & ensure timely completion of Forecasting, Budget & Cost calculation process and reporting

- Sales reconciliation and other important routines like COGS analysis, Cost analysis on daily basis

Business Controlling

- Partner closely with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and sales teams to improve operational performance.

- Evaluate plant performance using KPIs (OEE, cost per unit, scrap rate, productivity levels).

- Conduct variance analysis (price, volume, efficiency, overhead absorption).

Budgeting & Forecasting

- Align budgets with operational capacity, production plans, and market demand.

Compliance, Governance & Risk Management

- Ensure robust internal financial controls (IFC) aligned with statutory requirements.

- Oversee insurance, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.

Preferred candidate profile
