Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective ESG strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement in ESG performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business operations
- Monitor and report on ESG metrics and progress towards targets
- Provide training and guidance on ESG best practices to employees
- Stay updated with emerging trends and regulatory requirements related to ESG
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of ESG principles and their application in business settings
- Experience with ITGC frameworks and methodologies such as COBIT or ISO 27001
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies used for ESG management
Required Skills & Expertise:
RCSA, IRR/Risk Assessments, Control Governance & Standard Uplift, along with exposure to standards such as NIST, DORA, and ISO 27001. ERM + ITGC +ITAC
