We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), Multithreading, and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA). The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable backend applications and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Java.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Implement scalable and concurrent applications using multithreading concepts.
- Apply solid OOP principles and design patterns in application development.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, and product teams.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8/11/17).
- Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Multithreading, Concurrency, and the Collections Framework.
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
- Experience with Spring Boot and backend application development.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, and backend architecture.
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and software development best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong coding and debugging skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
