We are hiring a UI / React Developer to build high-performance front-end applications for real-time pricing, trading, position, and risk systems. The role requires solid expertise in React, JavaScript, state management, AG Grid, and UI performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop scalable, high-performance UI frameworks
- Build real-time, data-intensive React application
- Optimize UI performance for large datasets
- Create reusable components and shared libraries
- Debug complex UI and production issues
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions

Required Skills

- JavaScript (ES6+) async/await, closures, performance optimization
- React v16+ functional components, hooks, class components
- Redux / Redux Toolkit (RTK, RTK Query)
- AG Grid server-side row model, custom renderers, performance tuning
- Functional Programming concepts
- RxJS or Lodash
- Node.js (basic to intermediate)
- Experience with real-time trading / pricing / risk applications

Nice to Have

- Investment Banking / Capital Markets experience
- Experience handling large datasets and low-latency UIs
