Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team as a Delivery Module Lead. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in developing applications using Java and React, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership capabilities to drive project success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of full stack applications using Java and React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Utilize Spring Boot and related frameworks to build robust backend services.
- Implement state management solutions using React.js and libraries such as Redux.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to support application functionality.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, employing ORM frameworks for data management.
- Manage version control using Git and ensure code quality through best practices.
- Participate in the establishment and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Continuously improve development processes and practices to enhance team productivity.

Mandatory Skills:





- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience with React.js and state management libraries like Redux.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the banking or financial services industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a full stack development role.
