We are looking for an experienced GCP DevOps Engineer / GCP Support Engineer with strong expertise in designing, managing, and supporting enterprise-scale Google Cloud environments.

Must-Have Skills

12+ years of IT experience
Solid hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Expert in GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) Mandatory
Strong experience with IAM, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, Cloud Monitoring & Logging
Hands-on experience with Terraform (Terraform Enterprise preferred)
Kubernetes (K8s), Docker & Containerization
CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or GCP Pipelines
Python/Bash scripting & automation
Monitoring, Alerting & Infrastructure Reliability
GCP Certification (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 technical support for enterprise GCP environments.




• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, security, IAM, and application deployment issues.
• Manage and optimize GCP infrastructure using Terraform.
• Deploy and support containerized applications on GKE.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Monitor cloud environments, improve reliability, and optimize performance & cost.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution.
• Guide customers on GCP best practices, security, and cloud migration.

We're Looking For

12 - 15 years of overall IT experience
Strong production support and cloud infrastructure expertise
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work in enterprise cloud environments
