- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on projects.
Job Requirements :
- 6-9 years of experience in program coordination or a related field (NGO/social services/industry associations).
- Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; robust problem-solving skills.
