Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle ERP Cloud Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expenses).
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Drive solution design, architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Manage Oracle Cloud integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Financial Cloud and provide best-practice recommendations.
- Lead client discussions, workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder management.
- Manage project delivery, resolve critical issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor and guide team members, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and support skill development.
- Prepare and review functional design documents, test scripts, and project documentation.
- Support business development activities, proposals, solution estimations, and client presentations.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stay updated with current Oracle Cloud Finance features and industry best practices.
