Job Summary:

We are looking for candidates who have Minimum 1 year of experience in Live Chat (customer support ) with Good English communication skills. The role involves resolving customer queries via chat, ensuring a seamless user experience, and maintaining high service standards aligned with financial services compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through live chat support in a timely and skilled manner
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Prior experience in Fintech / Banking / Customer Support (Chat process)

Requirements:

- Qualification: Any Degree (UG & PG) can apply.




- 1 Year Mandatory Experience in Email or Chat or Non Voice Process (With proper offer, relieving and pay slips - Documents should be proper)
- 5 Days working / 2 Days Rotational Week Off
- Rotational shifts (Which will include night shift as well).
- Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA
- 2-way Cab will be provided.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred (Who can join with us within July, 2026).
- Job Location : Shriram Gateway, Perungalathur (Within Boundary Limits)
