Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Merchandising / Procurement / Sales Integrated Manager (MD Specialist) to manage procurement, merchandising, vendor coordination, and sales support activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in manufacturing, trading, or industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.
- Source and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material availability.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Analyze procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare reports and MIS for management.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.




- 4-10 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or Sales Coordination.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
