Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage showroom sales operations to achieve targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop solid relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions for jewelry purchases.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and events at the store level.
- Ensure timely inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising to maintain an attractive store appearance.
Job Requirements :
- 0-10 years of experience in retail or related field (preferably in gems & jewellery).
- Strong knowledge of gems, gold, and other precious metals used in jewelry making.
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
