We are looking for dynamic and confident female candidates to engage with our Level 3 contacts. The company will provide the complete contact database. The primary responsibility of the executive will be to contact these prospects, build rapport, and invite them to attend our *Open House Program* at our manufacturing facility in Hyderabad.

## Key Responsibilities

- Contact the Level 3 prospects from the database provided by the company.
- Introduce the company and communicate the purpose and benefits of the Open House Program.
- Invite prospects to visit our manufacturing facility in Hyderabad.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with invited prospects to maximize participation.
- Coordinate and confirm visit schedules with interested participants.
- Maintain a record of all calls, follow-ups,



and confirmed visits.

## Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

- Target - Ensure 30 Level III customer visits to the Hyderabad factory every month.

## Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English and the local language.

## Experience

- Prior experience in telecalling, customer relationship management, or customer engagement will be preferred.

## Skills Required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Robust follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
