About the Role

- Position Overview: Hiring an IT Service Delivery & Project Coordinator to sit at the intersection of Corporate IT and the business.
- Core Focus: Focused on coordination and communicationkeeping IT and infrastructure projects moving, ensuring the right people have the right information, and translating between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Role Level: This is a junior role designed to enable delivery by supporting project managers and technical leads, rather than directly owning delivery, budgets, or people.
- Ideal Candidate: Suited for someone with 13 years in service delivery or project coordination who possesses sharp communication instincts and wants to grow into project management.

What You'll Do

1. Bridge IT and the Business

- Act as the day-to-day point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and management.
- Gather requirements from the business, relay them accurately to IT, and translate IT status back into business-understandable language.
- Manage expectations across both sides to prevent miscommunication between what was requested and what is provided.
- Proactively address and close out stakeholder queries and escalations before they cause delays.

2. Coordinate Projects and Delivery

- Support project managers with plans, schedules, milestones, and trackers to keep them up to date.
- Track progress against timelines and deliverables, flagging slippage, risks, and dependencies early.
- Maintain project documentation, including change requests, status reports, action logs, and risk/issue registers.
- Follow up on procurement, vendor deliverables, and approvals, while supporting project closure and handover.

3. Keep Cross-Functional IT Teams Aligned

- Coordinate day-to-day work across Network, Server/Systems, Security, Service Desk, and Applications teams.
- Run daily or weekly stand-ups, task reviews, and follow-ups to maintain visibility over cross-team dependencies.




- Facilitate seamless coordination between onsite and remote or offshore teams.

4. Communicate and Report

- Draft clear, professional emails covering project updates, action items, and escalation notices.
- Produce and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM)complete with named owners and explicit deadlines.
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports and dashboards for management.
- Maintain a simple, reliable communication rhythm so stakeholders are always informed.

5. Coordinate Infrastructure Activities

- Help schedule and communicate maintenance windows across network, servers, storage, and secure file transfer (sFTP) with minimal business disruption.
- Track patching cycles, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning to closure through the change/CAB process.
- Ensure all activities are logged and closed out in compliance with internal IT policies and SLAs.

What We're Looking For

- Experience: 13 years in IT service delivery or project coordination.
- Communication Skills: Standout written and verbal communication skills, solid email etiquette, and disciplined MoM/documentation habits.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to hold credible conversations with both technical teams and business stakeholders without distorting information.
- Technical Literacy: Working literacy across IT infrastructure domains, including networking (LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls), servers (Windows/Linux), storage (SAN/NAS, backup), secure file transfer (sFTP), data centers, end-user computing, and cloud basics.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong follow-through and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and at least one project-tracking tool(Jira, MS Project, Trello, or similar).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Nice to Have

- ITIL Foundation certification or familiarity with ITSM processes.
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.
