Core Responsibilities

- Record Management: Maintain, file, and secure inpatient and outpatient medical records, ensuring quick and accurate retrieval.
- Quality Check: Review files for completeness (e.g., discharge summaries, consent forms, and diagnostic reports).
- Data Digitization: Scan, index, and update patient medical data into the hospital's digital database.

Qualifications & Requirements
