- Manage offshore structure projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the design, analysis, and implementation of FPSO and jacket structures.
- Develop detailed designs for structural components such as columns, beams, plates, etc., using software like E3D/NASTRAN/Abaqus.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results while maintaining budget constraints.
