The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales and revenue targets, managing staff performance, and maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:-

Operations Management

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon.
- Ensure smooth scheduling of appointments and staff rosters.
- Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate the procurement of products and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Team Management

- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate salon staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage attendance, discipline, and employee engagement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Customer Service

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Sales & Business Development





- Achieve monthly revenue and retail sales targets.
- Promote salon services, memberships, and retail products.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
- 35 years of experience in salon, retail, hospitality, or customer service management.
- Experience managing teams and achieving business targets.
