Key Responsibilities

- Lead finance and accounting operations for India and US entities.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements under US GAAP.
- Manage month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Handle GST, Income Tax, TDS, and US tax compliance.
- Oversee AP, AR, General Ledger, Bookkeeping, and Cash Flow.
- Coordinate statutory and external audits.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and financial analysis.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.
- Ensure compliance with Indian and US accounting standards.

Mandatory Skills

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA (US) / ACCA / CMA
- 12+ years of Finance & Accounting experience
- 5+ years in Finance Controller / Finance Leadership role
- Robust knowledge of US GAAP

- Advanced MS Excel
- ERP experience (QuickBooks / NetSuite / Xero / SAP / Oracle)
