Role & responsibilities
- Manage software deployments from Development to Production environments.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and IaC principles.
- Configure and manage Ansible Tower for deployment automation.
- Work with Git/Bitbucket repositories, branching strategies, and Pull Requests.
- Manage artifacts using Artifactory.
- Deploy and support applications on OpenShift, OpenStack, Azure, and VMware Cloud (VMC).
- Perform workplace management, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Create deployment documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Release Management teams.
- Support release activities during weekends or off-hours when required.
- Monitor environments using tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, Nagios, or Sensu.
