Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the complete treatment journey of international patients from admission to discharge.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international patients and their families.
- Coordinate appointments, investigations, admissions, surgeries, and follow-up consultations.
- Liaise with consultants, nursing, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and other departments for seamless patient care.
- Assist in preparing treatment plans, cost estimates, medical reports, and discharge documentation.
- Coordinate visa invitation letters, travel assistance, accommodation, and airport transfers, where applicable.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation.
- Address patient queries and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Support international patient marketing initiatives and coordinate with referral agencies.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and international patient care protocols.
- Prepare departmental reports, MIS, and patient feedback reports.




- Assist the Hospital Management team in operational and administrative activities as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

- MBBS (Foreign Medical Graduate FMG) / MBA in Hospital Management.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in hospital administration, patient relations, or international patient services.
- Experience in a multispecialty hospital will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong patient counseling and coordination abilities.
- Interest in hospital operations and healthcare management.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional foreign languages will be an added advantage.
