- W/H & Logistic Budget control & Monitoring of Plant & Mother Godown
- Ensure the Legal compliance w.r.t to warehouse &Logistics; operations.
- Contract management warehouse & logistics related to plant.
- SCRAP sale Management & reconciliation.
- Waste disposal management & compliance.
- JIT material supply planning for the Production includes the RM/PM & FG.
3rd party Material shipment & planning adherence
1. Ensure the timely availability of FG at depots as per plan
-Improve Despatch Compliance
-Ensure Timely Delivery of Goods
2. Control the Warehouse expenses and local freight within budget
- To optimize the local freight cost
- To reduce the OT cost by implementing staggered off
- Monitoring and control of Operation cost - RM/PM &FG;
3. Maintain the dispatch accuracy by adherence to the pick list, cycle count
- Ensure stock accuracy for RM/PM and FG

Maintain and comply with hygiene and food safety standards
- Conduct the audits at other sites & getting audits conducted by others
- Achieve high score in GWP and IWAM audits
5. Initiate new technologies to ensure high process efficiency
- To review / renew existing processes and develop recent processes / policies / SOPs / Ready reckoners
- Active participation in new process/ technology development
Preferred candidate profile
Essential - B.E/ B.Tech / B com / M Com with Supply chain management/Inventory management course.
Desirable: MBA in Supply chain management/ Operations Management
