Hiring Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager - Dental AR operations .

Mandate Dental RCM experience

JOB RESPONIBILITY

- Improve the operational system, processes and policies in support to organizations Mission
- Coordination and communication between the support and business functions.
- Play a significant role in long term planning, including an initiative geared towards operational excellence
- Development of individual program budget
- Ensure clients SLA is met including service delivery, timely report and quality control.
- Ensure effective communication with the client on project & the issue faced by the client is resolved.
- Ensure monthly invoicing details of the project is sent to the Accounts department.




- Planning adequate staff and technical support for all the process.
- Conduct appraisal and review of the Asst. Managers, team leaders and executives.

- Graduate with 13 to 16 years of Dental RCM experience.
