Roles & Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements from HR stakeholders.
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business needs.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
- Configure workflows, business rules, role-based permissions (RBP), and security.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
- Troubleshoot functional and configuration issues.
- Support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, third-party applications, and payroll systems.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support quarterly SAP SuccessFactors releases and implement current features.
